What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we receive what you type: your name, company, phone number, email address, sector, quantity range and your requirement. Browsing the site itself does not ask you for personal details.

How we use it

Enquiry details go to the T.T. Industries team so we can respond with fabric options, samples and quotes. We may contact you on the phone number or email you provide. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

WhatsApp handoff

The enquiry form and the WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp on your own device with a message drafted from what you entered. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you press send there, and the chat then runs under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Email delivery

Form submissions may be delivered to our inbox through a transactional email provider acting as our processor. The provider handles the message content only to deliver it.

Analytics and cookies

We use website analytics, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location and the device used. Analytics cookies identify a browser, not a person. You can block cookies in your browser and the site keeps working.

How long we keep enquiries

We keep enquiry details for as long as they are commercially relevant, for example while your programme or quote is live, and delete them on request.

Your choices

Write to info@uniformclub.in to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, and we will do it within a reasonable time.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date below. Effective 13 July 2026.
