Fabric programmes start at 800 metres per style. Finished-uniform runs are quoted by style and scale from small first orders up to hundred-thousand-piece rollouts. Tell us whether you need cloth or finished garments and we'll confirm the minimum for your requirement.

Yes. We recommend approving a physical sample or swatch before any bulk run so the shade, fit and finish are confirmed on record. Sampling timelines depend on whether it is a ready-stock quality or a made-to-specification development.

Off our ready-stock fabric, uniforms ship in about 30 days for up to 10,000 pieces. Fabric woven to order takes 45 to 60 days on the loom, and garments made from that fabric take around 90 days end to end. We confirm a dated timeline against your final specification and volume.

The NOS programme keeps core shirting qualities on a fixed shade card all year, so a refresh matches the last order. Reorders off ready stock ship in about 30 days for up to 10,000 pieces.

Terms are agreed per order and per relationship, typically an advance with the balance before dispatch. For recurring uniform programmes we can set a rate contract so repeat refreshes run on settled pricing.

A manufacturer. We run our own production, quality-checking, warehousing, packing and product development. The core of the business is making shirting cloth and finished uniforms and delivering them with branded packaging.

Fabric, garment and branded packaging are handled by one house, so a single partner carries the order from cloth through cut-make-trim to a packed, labelled uniform, with no hand-offs between separate suppliers.

Around 150,000 metres of fabric and 20,000 to 25,000 finished garments a month. That supports both sizeable first orders and standing uniform programmes that refresh through the year; larger volumes are scheduled in advance.

The shirting range covers 100% cotton, poly-cotton and CVC (cotton-rich) blends, in stripes, checks and plains. Typical specifications run to 58-inch width, roughly 125 to 160 GSM and 60s yarn count, and we develop to a specific shade, stripe or construction for bulk programmes.

CVC stands for Chief Value Cotton, a cotton-dominant blend where cotton is the larger share and polyester makes up the balance. It feels close to pure cotton while keeping polyester's easy-care and durability, which suits uniforms that face heavy laundering.

Yes. Fabric programmes run from 800 metres per style, and NOS core qualities are held in stock year-round for quick supply by the metre. Many of our accounts buy cloth only.

Both. Alongside made-to-order weaving and dyeing, we hold a ready-stock shirting programme called NOS, Never Out of Stock, with core qualities and a fixed shade card kept year-round. For a uniform buyer that means short reorder lead times and the same shade season after season.

Yes. Embroidery and print, both in-house. Share your logo and we match colours and placement across the entire run. Collars, fits and finishing are specified to your programme.

Yes. We white-label for brands at home and abroad on a full-package (FOB) basis: we make the fabric, stitch the garment and package it under your label. We can talk through the level of customization and exclusivity you need.
